IF YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE PART OF A TEAM OF GOOD PEOPLE WHO TEACH AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER PROFESSIONALLY AS WELL AS PERSONALLY, YOU FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE:

VASHISTHA YOGA SHALA AND LIFE CENTER

as part of the International Sarasvati Worldwide Ltd. Group.

You have probably noticed that there is a growing number of schools offering yoga classes, spiritual teachings and holistic medical skills. Ancient knowledge, ancient wisdom and ancient methods are increasingly popular, therefore the responsibility of imparting such knowledge correctly is also increasingly important.

According to our recent survey more than half of freshly certified instructors are worried about a person with health problems attending their class, because they do not feel equipped to deal with those who turn to yoga in the hope of healing. Half or even two-thirds of yoga instructors have no idea that a badly chosen yoga exercise may cause severe problems for a person with health issues. And when something goes wrong, they simply shrug and state that „the client was not flexible enough, did not pay attention properly, was not humble enough, etc., or yoga was not suitable for them”.

The purpose of the Vashishta Yoga Shala is to provide authentic, real knowledge by well-trained instructors with REAL experience.

The Sarasvati Training Centre offers internationally accredited, registered courses. These International Courses are accepted worldwide, and are subject to rigorous professional supervision. Therefore, if you choose us, not only will you be part of a team of great people and dedicated professionals, but you will also be suitably qualified and able to surely and confidently offer advice and solutions to those who turn to you.

The Sarasvati Training Centre education system consists of continuing modules. Our courses cover the entire life cycle, from birth to old age. We are dedicated to introducing the Sarasvati YOGA CAREER MODEL.

Our instructor-training modules are structured in a way to give our trainees a broad and comprehensive idea of Yoga with the basic 300-hour traditional yoga instructor training. There are further courses, so-called advanced courses (50, 100 and 200-hour modules) which build on the foundation training, to expand the knowledge gained earlier. Thus our trainees can continue to access higher and higher levels of expertise, and receive the appropriate certificates.
